The U.S. election 2020 was a great relief.

The morning of Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020, was a big day.  A big day to express our right to vote for the US president. This was the first time in my life to vote. I became a US citizen in 2017 when Trump was presiding over the country with his ego, arrogance, and self-love. A man who was a great businessman but illiterate, ignorant, and uneducated. Mount Kittatinny and Mount Minci via Appalachian Trail

Last Saturday, we went to Mount Kittatinny and Mount Minci via the Appalachian Trail. Overall it is a decent hike for about 10 miles round trip. The best time to secure a parking spot is a little early around, 8 or 9 AM, though a lot of people park by the roadside. You should pack lunch and some snacks if you have kids hiking with you. Tumbling Falls Trail in Poconos!!!

I am very excited to share that we went to Poconos in Pennsylvania this past Saturday and, it was lots of adventure. We had a great day. We woke up early. After Fajr prayers, our kids joined us in our bed. We had lots of fun during our family time. Around 8 AM, we had our breakfast. My husband cooked oatmeal for us while I made tea and poured it into the flask. This week we made egg sandwiches for everyone. We peeled some avocados and packed some freshly baked homemade cake along with it. It was around two hours of a journey to get there.  …

    SUNFISH POND TRAIL:

<OVERVIEW OF hiking as a family> Last weekend we were planning to touch the Sunfish Pond via the Farview trail. Everyone was very excited, but we woke up a little late, had our breakfast, and left home around 9:30 in the morning. We knew that we were late and, mentally, we were ready in case we needed to change our plan for the hiking trail. It was due to limited parking spots. And as expected, we got lots of traffic on the way. We reached the parking around 11:30 and, there were no parking spots left for us, the latecomers. No worries, we thought. We already had a backup plan,…
